Dr Brown and her staff are professional, friendly, compassionate….I can’t express how pleased I am with them. My reason for not giving 5 stars is an issue with their phone system. There are times when trying to contact the office via phone is impossible because of system failure and calls being dropped before they can be answered. Hopefully the whoever has the authority to upgrade the phone lines will do so. I’m sure this issue is frustrating for everyone. Thank you.
