Awesome place and doctor
Dr. Tammy is awesome
The office ignored my calls twice during the day three days after getting a new medication. I called the on-call office to get assistance. My doctor was on call but was out and away from her computer so she refused to speak with me that evening. The pharmacist told me to speak with the office as my symptoms are not improving. Absolutely terrible customer service. Does not care about patient care. Additional Notes: The "Director of Patient Experience" who reached out said everything was fine and my concerns were invalid. She’s the best very friendly
Very helpful, and seems to really care about her patients, and also listens well to her patients and is very receptive to their thoughts regarding their own treatment
