Did everything I was supposed to on my end to cancel my insurance account, she proceeded to slam the phone in my ear and not cancel my account on time leading to an overcharge for something I didn't even want. She hasn't gotten a hold of me to fix this issue whatsoever. It's sad seeing a agent who received an "Award of Exellence" not just simply do her job.
Tammy takes very good care of us. Always has an answer to our questions. Extremely pleased. Best move we ever made was switching from USAA to State Farm.
I worked personally with Sheryl Porter and she was FANTASTIC! She was very polite and knowledgeable. Sheryl had great problem solving skills and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about her. I will tell everyone I know to come here for all their insurance needs! 10/10 A++
