I had a great experience. I showed up to buy a futon and had already found what I was pretty sure what I wanted from their website beforehand. When I mentioned it to the sales representatives they weren't aware of the particular item (the specific Mattress) I was talking about. Regardless, they took the time to lookup and find what it was that I wanted and were able to provide me with a lot more information than I had been able to find on my own. I drove an hour to see if the great customer service I received over the web from Erin was the same in the store - D&B did not disappoint. I was greeted warmly by the front desk and helped by Mary Grace. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. We had an idea of what we wanted and Mary Grace was a big help with ideas that complemented and enhanced our vision. Even though there are many furniture stores closer geographically, D&B distinguished themselves with service that will probably bring us back.

Will never buy another piece of furniture from this store. I bought a couch and was told a date it would be available for pick up and after I arranged a truck to pick it up I was told that I was given the wrong date and that it wouldn't be delivered for a MONTH after I payed for the couch. When I asked when it would be available there response was they won't know until the truck comes. So I can even arrange for someone to help me pick it up. Went into the store to buy a sectional and found one I was very pleased with. I purchased the sectional put a down payment and arrange for delivery for two weeks. I was told I would recieve a call to confirm my order and to be notified of any problems. I recieved a call early the following week, saying they have my order and would be there on time.
