I was ask to vacate my home during the covid pandemic and also after hurricane *** due to health hazard. It was not black mold as stated, it was black dirt coming out of the a/c vents due to the negligence of the maintenance department not changing out the a/c for a year. I requested a filter and informed them of the dirt around the vents and was issued a vacate notice shortly thereafter. I become homeless and lost my job.
