Dr Hanna did surgery on my wrist a year ago and i really liked Dr Hanna but i recently hurt the wrist he did surgery on and instead of going to the emergency room which is almost peoples only option now days, i thought i should get ahold of Dr Hanna and see if i had done any damage to the surgery procedure . After calling back 3 times, being on wait 20 to 30 minutes each time i was told to wait on nurse to call me back. After waiting ALL DAY LONG ,i call back again and was told to go to urgent care. I am a college athlete and i go to school in arkansas. I am originally from lubbock and this is my second surgery from him. i had missed a call from them and called them two minutes later and i have not been able to get ahold of them since and that was last week. I have now used three different phones to call the office and i’ve sat on hold for a combined time of 2 hours.
Dr. Hanna pretty much saved my life I am very thankful for him! His bedside manner and explanations are exceptional. I am very pleased with the care and attention he has given to me I had a very bad infection and he didn’t give up till he figured it out and saved my life and my arm!
