Excellent experience with Tamlin! The roof, pressure washing, and gutters with downspouts look amazing. Work was completed exactly when we were told. Josh checked in regularly at the house to provide updates on progress. Work crews were respectful and thoroughly cleaned area before leaving. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.
Last fall we started getting quotes for a new roof as ours was shedding a lot of grit. We ended up getting three quotes. One was ridiculously high, one slightly lower than Tamiln's quote. The other roofer we contacted wanted to have a quote fee which would have gone to the job if we decided to go with that roofer. Derek and his team did a awesome job replacing my whole roof. The workers were professional , and cleaned up afterwards . Derek explained everything that needed replaced, and worked with me on a fair price. I would definitely use them again.
We used Tamlin for a full window, siding, and framing renovation of an existing room that was added to our house in the 70's. The room had considerable water damage with multiple glass sliding doors which provided minimal insulation due to seal failure. Tamlin was able to do a complete removal of the old, rotten framing and rebuild the walls to use double hung windows that seamlessly matched the rest of the house. I had a fantastic experience with Tamlin Roofing. It truely felt like I had a partner throughout the entire claims process. I cannot say enough about how great the crew was. They got started around 6:30 AM and we're done within 8 hours. Their clean up was perfect and they took the time to make sure every scrap was picked up, which I appreciate with 2 toddlers in the house. The finished result looks beautiful! Thank you Team Tamlin!
