Last fall we started getting quotes for a new roof as ours was shedding a lot of grit. We ended up getting three quotes. One was ridiculously high, one slightly lower than Tamiln's quote. The other roofer we contacted wanted to have a quote fee which would have gone to the job if we decided to go with that roofer. Derek and his team did a awesome job replacing my whole roof. The workers were professional , and cleaned up afterwards . Derek explained everything that needed replaced, and worked with me on a fair price. I would definitely use them again.
We had an outstanding experience with Tamlin. Josh and the team removed the old two layer roof and installed a beautiful new roof in one day. Additionally, Josh was very helpful with questions and suggestions as we navigated the insurance claim process. Tamlin was excellent all around!
We used Tamlin for a full window, siding, and framing renovation of an existing room that was added to our house in the 70's. The room had considerable water damage with multiple glass sliding doors which provided minimal insulation due to seal failure. Tamlin was able to do a complete removal of the old, rotten framing and rebuild the walls to use double hung windows that seamlessly matched the rest of the house.
