Great Customer Service Communication dealing with defective roofing tiles in a Pulte Built Community in Ponte Vedra,Florida. Very fast follow up on questions for Warranty Issues concerns and issues.
Tamko Titan asphalt shingle roof shedding granules for weeks. Seriously more than the last 3 roofs I have had installed. Disgusting how much pressure washing and spraying off around the house is required at one month after install. The pics do not show how bad this really is. Hours of pressure washing for weeks so far.
Mark got me in and out in 15 minutes. On top of it a a really nice guy. One of the easiest unloading facilities I've been to.
Been here once before and was unlooaded rather quick as a dry van driver. Do you offer overnight parking for those with next day delivery or unload 24hrs prior?
