The new products, Titan XT, Stormfighter Flex and HailGuard shingles are amazing. None better.
Horrible product doesn't hold up to wind or cold temperature rating currently have multiple active warranty claims and the reps or managers dont offer updates or any communication at all for that fact claim process going on over 4 months now with no resolution and this is for their stormfighter flex shingles
Our roofing company said the shingles had a defect which was found after the install and we filed a warranty claim in January. It has been over 90 days which was in their warranty document and the communication is terrible. Our roof was installed in November and we cannot sell our home due to their issues. I would never recommend this company.
Tamko is by far the worst shingle Manufacturer out there. My roof is only four years old and is already missing over 50% of its Granules. Tamko claims this is just normal wear and tear. I strongly urge everyone to avoid using the company at all possible cost. Tell your builders to use GAF or Owen’s Corning instead. GOOGLE Tamko Heritage Lawsuits and you’ll see this company has been sued a bunch over the last decade.
