Dr. Farooq is always willing to listen. She asks the right questions and is very thorough, personable kind, and professional. When I have had various emergencies, she has been able to give me the medication that I needed quickly through our communications on the portal following up on various issues, and has also helped me on virtual visits. She's a sweet spoken Doctor. I have been seeing her for the past 3 years and have never experienced any issues with her demeanor. I highly recommend her.
I had an appointment with Dr. Farooq and it was terrible. She was 30 minutes late to the appointment with zero regard for anyone but herself. She was incredibly rude and difficult to work with. She completely dismissed my issues and did not want to actually be a doctor. I would not recommend at all.
