I had an incredible experience working with Tamithy! It was an unusual transaction -- I live 4 hours away in MA, so everything was handled remotely, and I was selling the house on behalf of my late father's estate. Tamithy turned a complicated situation into something that was easy to handle and understand. She met countless vendors at the property, she arranged furniture pickups, and she was a strong negotiator. My only regret was not reaching out to her sooner.

I worked with Katie B. She was amazing efficient and always kept my listing up to date. She made suggestions on how to sell my property faster and I was able to sell within a few months of listing. She also kept me up to date on how many viewings had had online almost weekly. I'll be using Katie B again if I ever need to buy or sell
