Doctor Nettles is a well respected physician . Visiting her for an appointment it’s always on time never sitting waiting a long time for her , Dr Nettles always put you first ❤️
Are you doctors being overworked? No one seems to respond to emails anymore? Why bother offering the service if no one is going to respond?
She was 30 minutes late to my appointment over the phone. I was very concerned thinking I missed my appointment until she came and said my apologies the appointment was going well and it ended with me happy she told me she would get back to me via email about a prescription concern and never did. I emailed her and I got a response 3 weeks later !!!!
Dr. Nettles, Towson MD, lacks doctor patient etiquette. My husband and I chose her as our PCP, when our original doctor no longer worked for Kaiser. We scheduled back to back appointments, as a meet and greet, and for health concerns. The lobby wait time was normal - 10 minutes.
