They were retained and did not provide any service. He took the money from our hired contractor and we fired the contractor for fraud and asked him to refund the $ and he refused. He didn’t perform any work. This was a construction project and he was paid prior to blue print. When we asked for a refund he said he never got paid. Previous to this he stated twice he was paid. Fraud.
