Walked in without having knowledge of making an appointment but James made time for me. One of the easiest down to earth blokes I’ve spoken to and no hassle whatsoever so ever . It’s hard to come by honest and true blue people these days but James is one of them. Top tier customer service !
Parts not fully replaced from insurance, even after showing a particular part I needed covered to the bloke doing my claim for me, finally have a chance to look at the paint job they did on the repair and it's full of orange peel. Had a decent experience a few years ago but feel let down this time around. Absolutely highly recommend. I would not go anywhere else. With only 10 minutes till closing they looked at my van without an issue and fixed there and then. Nothing was too much trouble. From the time I walked in the staff were amazing. A huge shout out to Mon, Michael and James. Customer service, efficiency and professionalism is next level. I really appreciate your time and work.
