Very poor service. 3 calls, over 25 minutes on hold and I still don't have my parts. They don't care and there is no customer service. I tried to support a regional business and they failed bad. There are so many good wreckers out there but this isn't one of them. I'm a panel beater and thought I'd try these guys, but nope, their low reviews are accurate and correct.
I'm glad I've found this place where I get the cheapest parts for my vehicle. Definitely will buy some more from this shop.
Paid for a part they had advertised on eBay, it didn’t arrive for almost three weeks when I called them and they said they accidentally sent it to someone else and had lost my details to contact me and were waiting on me to call them… but had another they could send me, they sent the part. It was the wrong part, I contacted them about the part being wrong and no response, I asked for a refund and no response. I contacted my bank and requested a refund and did it that way. These guys are dodgy scammers. Absolute waste of time... read more
