Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything. I paid for a CR-V door trim on May 16, 2025, and was told it would be ready in 3 days to a week. It’s now June 12, and I still don’t have the part. I’ve called twice a week, every time they say, “It’ll be ready after noon, we’ll call you back.” No one ever calls back. Not once. I’ve also gone to the store multiple times — just to be told things like, “It’s ready, but it has no button,” or “The guy’s on lunch,” or “It’s at another yard.” I told them I don’t need t... read more

Ordered a part on a Friday, said it would be delivered Monday. Doesn't arrive. Call them Tuesday morning and they said the courier broke down. I asked for the couriers number and was given a dead end. It was obvious the part had not been sent. They said they would supply another part but wouldn't get it till the next day. They sounded very shady and there was obvious lies being told. This is one very dodgy outfit. Do NOT bother.
