This office does not respect patients’ time at all. The scheduling system is extremely disorganized, and the reception staff seem unable to schedule appointments properly. Be prepared to wait 1–2 hours in the waiting room and at least another hour once you’re taken to an exam room. The front desk staff are also very rude and unprofessional. The doctor is kind and knowledgeable, which is the only reason I am giving any credit at all. My first visit here , exceeded my expectations , this location is very clean , pretty , aesthetic.. I have had bad experiences with new doctors but this doctor and the staff here is welcoming , warm , attentive, it’s an all woman facility which is great. They cater to your needs and give you compassion and sympathy. They listen to your wants needs and concerns and address you respectfully , and politely . Absolutely horrified after coming here for the first and definitely last time. The wait time was outrageous, even when I showed up 30 mins early to my appointment, I was called in 40 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. Once getting into the examination room, I sat there in a chair alone for another 40 minutes butt-naked waiting for someone to come in. I was ready to just get up and leave.
