Dr Turbay has a great personality. Takes time and seems to really care. Such a bright man who takes time to explain things to you. Highly recommend.
I never wait more than maybe 15 minutes if that to be seen. I always see Dr. Turbay instead of NP Desiree, who is absolutely great also. Dr. Turbay takes all the time I need to ask questions and answers knowledgeably and understandably. I’m grateful to have found him. His staff are friendly and caring. He’s a great doctor!
After waiting more than 2 Months waiting for first appointment and sending all the paper work and insurance information, they waited until we showed up to check on the insurance. Only to find out they din’t accept our insurance. Very unprofessional, and with an attitude after it was their fault. they don’t care for the paciente. Not recommended at all.
Health issues went unaddressed until I noticed on the app… it should NEVER take four months to get test results back . Two occasions there were NO nurses. On those occasions no blood pressure checks. I take bp meds would be expecting it to be a consideration for my health care but apparently not to the dr. Last three blood test has shown high cholesterol levels but not mentioned by dr. Changed drs and would never recommend anyone to go there… it’s meaningless health care..
Hard to reach. Changes appointments. Consistently tries to push me off to the nurse practitioner.
Dr turban takes time to discuss questions and relays the answers to he is sure he has answered your question, makes me feel secure in his ability as my doctor
Dr Turbay is excellent! He's double board certified in Internal Medicine and Critical Care. He takes all the time you need to ask questions and he explains everything well in lay terms! If you have a question between appts, call the office and they email it to him. He responds quickly and they call back with an answer within an hour or two. I trust him and his opinions totally which is hard to find a primary care doctor to feel comfortable with and establish a rapport with after 6 yrs when our previous PCP left the area. First let me start off by saying I’ve been a RN for over 11 years in the CVICU/Cath lab. The office still has a mask policy, the office staff I spoke to many times to confirm my appointment and receive my intake information from me never told me to bring a mask. Had I known I would have been prepared. Upon arrival they tried to give me one of theirs which I told them I was allergic to and would have a skin reaction, they did not care, they told me I would not be seen unless a mask was worn. I went and purchased cloth mask fr... read more
