Tamiami Hyundai performed an oil and filter change- they did not secure the oil drain (easily moved with fingers) causing a significant amount of oil to leak out. Hopefully there is no engine damage - waiting for Hyundai to respond to the issue.
Worked with Joshua, wonderful customer service, they got my car in and out within a day or so. I will say the cost is quite a bit higher at a dealership ( my vehicle was not under warranty). I do not like the ai on the phone; however, when I did get a real person they were very nice.
