So we took our 2024 Hyundai Tucson hybrid in for an air conditioner repair. This vehicle only has under 10,000 mile on it. The car was in for almost 30 days at Tamiami Hyundai for air conditioning repairs . This car has been in service for 58 day since we purchased it on December 10, 2025.. when we dropped the car off the said they took surveillance video of the car. We wish to express our thanks to your outstanding service staff under Manager TJ Langley. I came in for our first service experience with our 2026 Palisade Calligraphy. Despite being very busy, our service needs were taken care of professionally, on time, and with exceptional care. We are very satisfied with our new Palisade and will refer all our service needs for it to the service department at Tamiami Hyundai.
If I would have the only word for it I would say "shame". After so-called renovation the dealership became unreachable castle. I was trying to speak with somebody three days in a row but had conversation with stupid answering machine only. Neither service guys nor general manager were available. Are you ignoring your customers? Why I have to beg you to make an appointment and service my car while you promised to me a flawless service when I bought the car? Unprecedented bad level of service.
This was the third vehicle we purchased at tamiami hyndai. This was the second time we had Vinny as our salesperson. He was just great to work with. lAnswered all my questions. At his suggestion we drove to my house to show my husband my new Christmas present. Vinny and I saved him from going to the mall!
