Something is wrong with the online and in-person appointment settings. Last week I asked for one online and it was set for Tuesday 08/13/24 @ 8:30AM at the Airport location. When I showed up, advisor told me they will take care of me at the Domestic Location because it's for a F-350. When I went there, Fleet advisor told the appointment I had was not good for the fleet location so I wasted my day.
