She cancelled my Aunt's 1st appt. The second appointment was canceled after my aunt was already in the office at the scheduled time waiting to be seen. The 3rd appt she wasn't even there. It was I believe her assistant. Other than that only talked to her on the phone. To revise her will she charged over $1,000 plus $250 for notary. Then she sent the original document by regular mail with just a tracking number. It was never received. It should have been sent certified mail requiring a signature.
