Having had another company let me down on multiple occasions and shoddy repairs, I was astounded by the service from Tameside Refrigeration. The Engineer turned up on time when agreed, the communication was perfect.There was an issue with the condensing unit for my freezer cold room, it was repaired and running within 40 minutes of him arriving. I took on board his recommendations and have booked him in to carry out further works. I also booked in to have my Airconditioning serviced on a yearly basis. 10/10 - cannot thank yo... read more
Terrible service. I had 4 appointments where they didn’t turn up. Never once apologized or told me they couldn’t make it. This went on for two and a half weeks. Ended up costing me more in lost business than the actual repair. I only persevered as they had been fine the first time. Luckily managed to find a reputable company to sort the issue.
