Low-level mental health and wellbeing support for children, young people and their families. (Age 8-18) We support young people with difficulties such as: anger, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem and stress through a variety of different interventions. Access to Take 5 services starts by attending one of our Drop In evenings, every Thursday 4pm-8pm (last appointment 7:15pm). Never return calls back I’ve spent more time trying to get in touch with somebody to arrange an appointment. Then when you arrange a time and they send you a text confirmation nobody even rings you at that time. No wonder people have mental health issues services are poor.
Been seeing Tina a while, she's so lovely and really helps me put things into perspective when I become overwhelmed, you don't have to wait too long when referred and there's always a phone in and drop in when things get a bit much too, thankyou mind unfortunately i had a very bad experience with the listening space where you ring in, I spoke to a completely useless woman who to be honest is dangerous to have on a phone line for people in crisis, she made me feel worse and like a freak, she had no empathy and no idea about ... read more
I got referred from my GP very quickly and within weeks I was seeing Emma S every fortnight, and I can't thank her enough having someone that will just listen to you really helped me. Thank you Emma and thank you MIND
