I went to Dr Sargios after a trip to the E.R. For what turned out to be gall stones. He looked at my scans and said I not only had gall stones, but one of the stones had passed into the common bile duct and I needed an ERCP endoscope procedure, before I had surgery to remove the gall bladder. In prepping for the procedure I was told I’d have a sore throat for a few days and then I’d be fine. I’m a professional singer. Great care by a wonderful doctor. The office runs on time, and the staff are personable and professional.
Staff at the front desk is INCREDIBLY rude and doesn’t have time for you or your concerns. I was told exactly this when I called “we are actually dealing with patients right now so I can’t help you”… not sure what I am considered but pretty sure I am a patient. Will never be going back to this office!
