It took several calls, left several messages, to book an appointment. Almost 3 weeks to connect with the stylist. I never got the cut, after arriving, the stylist seem to be either unsure or unwilling, to give me an undercut that I asked for. I was told to grow my hair out instead. I was told I wouldn't look good and a undercut was to hard to blend. Take a 3 guard and just do the side, no blending needed. I didn't want that. Gianna and Kelly were absolutely incredible! They were professional, punctual, and worked so hard to make sure every detail was perfect. For my wedding, they styled me (the bride), four bridesmaids, and the mother of the groom—and every single hairstyle turned out beautifully.
