The shipping is INSANELY slow and expensive. I ordered items for a birthday present on Oct. 26th expecting this was long enough to get there by her birthday on Nov 8th. It didn't arrive til Nov 24th, nearly a month after I had ordered it, and well after her birthday. I mean or was only going from CA to AZ... A month?!?! Way to make me look lame... I absolutely love the box I received. I hadn't realized that their shop was near me. I can't wait till it can reopen again so I can shop there. I'm so in love with their products!
They use bait and switch tactics for their shipping by offering "Priority" shipping but not using the USPS, rather they ship with DHL. They charged me $15 for shipping for 1.7 pounds claiming they would ship "Priority Mail" and it clearly is not going to arrive in 2-3 days as promised by Priority. I will never order from them again.
I just got my tamed wild box and other items in the mail. I'm so happy with everything and there were bonus items I wasnt expecting. I will definitely be ordering more from them and cant wait for next months box
