After 50 minutes of waiting in a completely empty shop with one guy in the chair, the barber tells my son and I that they are appointment only and that no one is available today, and we should “try our luck online” to see if another barber wants to come to work today. It literally says on their website and google listing that they accept walk-ins. They don’t. Horrible customer service.
Michael H is the best! If you care about your hair, set up a time in his chair.
Edited to add: I messaged them through their website with my email address but haven’t gotten a response. I brought my son here for a $15 “edge up” and to get advice on hairstyles that would suit his hair type. In the appointment notes, he specifically asked to talk about style options because most barbers he’s been to aren’t very knowledgeable in that area.
