Bought a nissan juke, had nothing but bother with the vehicle since the get go. Issue have been sorted after about 3 months. Have now found out the vehicle has been involved in a rear end crash and not been repaired.

Worst customer service . Very bad communication. I put down deposit 3 weeks ago . Keep making excuses car is not ready . After 3 weeks date has come for collection and I insured this car paid for insurance and day before the collection another excuses airbag lights, can not delete so basically dodgy dealer . Please do not buy anything from them . I have lost few hundred pounds because of them. Thanks
Update; sold the car today for around £300 less than I could have got, if it wasn't for the extra owner. Again due to no fault of my own. The dealership have made no effort to help or offer any form of compensation to date. This is the worst dealership, I have ever dealt with!!.... Out of the 14 cars I have purchased during my life, the experience I have had from this dealer, infact any company, has to be the worst.
