Great and efficient service. Would recommend to all of my family and friends.
Hired Tamco Air to install a new mini-split AC. Crew arrived 3 hours late, drilled holes in the wrong wall, and left dust all over the living room. They got the outdoor unit mounted but never finished wiring the indoor unit. Said they’d “come back tomorrow” and never did. Called 5 times over 2 weeks — always “the manager will call you back.” It’s been a month. Had to pay another company to fix their mess. Completely unreliable.
Highly recommend this service! Our AC broke down during last week's intense heat wave, and Tommy went above and beyond. He responded immediately, accurately diagnosed the problem, and fast-tracked the parts order. On top of that, he took care of all the communication with the OEM to sort out our warranty coverage seamlessly. Outstanding customer service!
