They say, “Wherever mom is, that is home.” And it always felt a little like going home when I would go to see her. RecommendedI would recommend this community. They have given us the WOW factor when it comes to my mother. Jess returns my calls and is always willing to help answer any questions. She is always letting me know how my mom is doing and want she has been up to without me asking. I feel completely confident in the staff that works at the Canyons in TwinFalls Idaho. POTENTIAL RESIDENTS BEWARE. I live in one of the facilities owned by this company. Based on my experience the other reviews (primary employees) I would not place any mom or dad in their facilities. I strongly recommend you talk with the administrator (record and document) and review this review and detailed information in the Care Agreement and Contract before you admit anyone to their facilities.
