I've been training at Tamashii Fit with Isaac since the beginning of the year, and it's been an incredible experience. Each workout is challenging and varied, yet always fun. I feel stronger with every session, and the convenient location makes it even better.
Tamashii Fit is a great place to train at and get stronger. Tamashii Fit has been influential in terms of my sport judo. I feel stronger and more dominant when I fight. When I started around a year and a half ago my main goal was to get stronger for my Judo. I feel that I have achieved this goal and I will continue getting stronger for my sport. Tamashii fit has been an important part of my journey and I would highly recommend going there as it is a great place to train and learn.
My son James and I have been working with Koji for the last few months, and his training techniques and empathetic demeanor has helped us both - physically and mentally. Koji is an incredibly talented coach of strength and conditioning and boxing techniques and training.
