Beware!! Extremely disappointed in the service I received from Carlos. He was supposed to show up at 8am, at 9am texted saying he would be there at 1030 and finally arrived close to 11am. He had told me he could paint and do projects on Sunday - he didn’t even paint until Monday. On Sunday he put down some threshold pieces, repaired rotting wood on back door, cut two pieces of flooring, and replaced weather stripping for 2 doors. This took 8.5 hrs and he charged me by the hour. However part of that time was him running home ... read more
