Ms. Lott was extremely patient as she walked me through the process to get insurance through her company. I had several conversations with her and she was very helpful and upbeat. It was a pleasure to work with her.
I’ve had the best experience with this agency. They are helpful, knowledgeable and kind.
I had taken out a loan against my policy and she helped me solve the issue but I still wasn't to clear on certain charges and in the process of explaining it to me she didn't seem very friendly.
