This 5 star is for Kyle. Within one week he has helped us fix everything upon our move in: multiple power outlets that didn't work, clogged toilet, scratched window screen, etc. He responded to our request fast, worked super efficiently and tackled hard problems smart. Our cat loves his visits too! All issues are addressed in time and with great quality. Thanks Kyle!
UPDATED REVIEW - A year and a half later, still have ants and spiders crawling all over me!!!!! Don’t live here, they don’t care about you and won’t make accommodations for moving out early due to the inconvenience of the pests. Unless you like living with ants and spiders crawling all over you, don’t move here. Looking forward to January 2026 and getting the **** out of here! ****Edit*** After posting this review, the assistant apartment manager, immediately called me to try to rectify my complaints. I missed the call, but a few weeks later he approached me in the mailroom to try to completely address all my concerns in person. Apparently they have recently switched contracts with pest control companies and they visit every two weeks. They will also be able to meet with us to help get the ant situation under control.
