UPDATED REVIEW - A year and a half later, still have ants and spiders crawling all over me!!!!! Don’t live here, they don’t care about you and won’t make accommodations for moving out early due to the inconvenience of the pests. Unless you like living with ants and spiders crawling all over you, don’t move here. Looking forward to January 2026 and getting the **** out of here! ****Edit*** After posting this review, the assistant apartment manager, immediately called me to try to rectify my complaints. I missed the call, but a few weeks later he approached me in the mailroom to try to completely address all my concerns in person. Apparently they have recently switched contracts with pest control companies and they visit every two weeks. They will also be able to meet with us to help get the ant situation under control. Great service. Janelly was very helpful and tended to my concerns and questions with ease. She made the process more understandable and easy to manage. Although I’m still looking and shopping around for a new place I definitely recommend talking with staff here to learn more.
I loved the tour and the community and everyone was so helpful but janelly was beyond marvelous
