The current management team (Chris, Janelly) and the maintenance crew (Johnny) are friendly, prompt, and professional. I've lived here for years and it's had its ups and downs. The ants were caused by the initial excavation of the construction site next door according to the exterminator, and have since gone away. But it's still my favorite apartment I've ever lived in.
I love our office staff, they are very helpful, when problems get reported, they have been taken care of. I would recommend this place mostly since Chris and her leasing officer Jenelly and militance that are all new started working. thank you all.
I recently migrated to renovated apartment with the community. New manager Chris chan help us smooth transfer with proper updates. I been living more than two years this community. I see now the community managers always be in office for help and any service request also completing with in 24 hours. I feel new manager Chris chan seems to be big asset to community. This community always be clean and safety. I recommend to all my friends and colleagues too.

I wanted to leave a negative review in regarding to the company managing these apartments (greystar) we moved out in december to another apartment in the property. We have had a bad experience with the new unit so many issues and the apartment was not ready to move . Also they keep mine deposit
