I can't get anyone to call me back about joining and signing up for swim lessons. I have left numerous voicemails/messages and emails. I guess they don't need new people at their facility? 🤷♀️
Thanks to Tamarack and the Ai Chi classes, I have finally recovered from many months of severe sciatic pain. I plan to continue to hopefully prevent any future problems and because the warm water exercise feels so good.
Really nice pool, staff is awesome. Very accommodating for disabled people. Water is kept warmer than most pools. It’s a saltwater pool so that means it’s a different chlorination method. It feels good on my skin and I can’t swim at my gyms pool. Tamarack is awesome
The warm water and accessibility are so beneficial! I love taking the instructed exercise class Gentle Arthritis Stretch. Breezy is so intuitive and helpful!
