The house needed a deep clean - before we unpacked we had to sweep up mice droppings, pack up newspapers and moldy smelly books that were stacked on the kitchen counter, run the dishwasher a few times because the cooking utensils, pots and pans had a thick film of grease, and clear off dusty surfaces full of “stuff”. We had a horrible experience with this company. We rented a home last year that upon opening the door we were greeted with a musty smell that resembled mold. It was unfavorable to say the least. From there, there wasn’t a comfortable bed in the home. Also, there was not a grill as listed which isn’t satisfactory for a beach home rental. The kitchen was a mess and clearly a family home; I cleaned before we unpacked.
