The staff was phenomenal! Friendly, courteous, informative, and accommodating! The grounds with the walk around the pond are beautiful and the bald eagle flying one morning made my day. The activity center is perfect for a great swim or work out. This is anlso close to everything while still offering a quiet, lovely setting. And having a clean, comfortable one-bedroom apartment, fully equipped, for a few days to work and relax in was priceless! 100% would book again!
The staff was very nice and tried very hard to be helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well, aside from someone's dog barking. The couches were very uncomfortable and were spotted. They looked original to the condo. Some seals on the windows were broken so seeing outside.... they were foggy. The ice maker wouldn't shut off. So I kept emptying it and turned it off. Stay was wonderful till a ghost dog started barking in our room causing the neighbors to complain. Staff accusations of having a dog with us which we did not. Ten staff lying to say they needed a maintenance check on fire extinguisher just to check if a dog was present without notice. Then a security check on top of that, it was 9:30pm then again at 10:30pm. Now cant stay there because they are getting audited. Great time. I guess ill be back to that one ditch over yander.
