Time is wrong 8:30 is on door
Absolutely unorganized. Barely calling names or numbers. Short staffed for the last few years. Over 4 hour wait times without appointment, up to 2 hours with appointment. Stood waiting to ask to use the washroom for 20 minutes because they all sit in the back between patients.
This clinic made me wait 3 hours just to tell me that I am not booked even when I showed them an evidence that I am confirmed for today. Complete waste of time!
2 weeks for an appointment. 4hrs + wait time.
Terrible setup of office for clients, No air conditioning- seats facing the door so no privacy, small space which cannot hold everyone waiting. Staff is not friendly, short staffed and you have to wait 2hours for a walk in- booking appointment is 4-5 days. So when the doctor sends you for blood work asap- you need to take the day off work to wait. Interior Health needs to smarten up.
