Our doctor was fine, although he didn’t reveal details regarding an important possible complication involved with my diagnosis. The front desk is useless, needed a referral for an MRI and they never even sent it. Called back and didn’t receive as much as an apology for their lack of planning. If you go here make sure to hold them accountable because apparently they can’t do that themselves.
Do not go to this clinic if you have a choice, especially if you're seeing dr. Niemand. They will make you wait over half an hour and will skip out on you if your 5 minutes late and charge you 80 dollars for the pleasure. Think you've been misdiagnosed? Need an ultrasound? Don't bother asking him to look into it. Need an ultrasound? Don't bother asking cause he won't bother scheduling you one. Need to be seen right away? I am grateful to have a doctor. Dr. Niemand is exceptional. The nurses and admin team are highly competent and friendly.
DR. Madeline is the best doctor. I am not with her right now but she was great during my whole pregnancy. I would recommend her to people in cranbrook
