Their customer service is unprofessional. I had several items on my PDI that they refused to fix. They were extremely rude during the inspection and complained that I had too many items on my 30 day tarion list. They kept calling everything minor when there was clear damage.

Not be able to talk to anyone about warranty issues after calling multiple times and left vm for multiple people. It's been 2 weeks now. I didn't put my hope high but assumed at least I would be able to speak with someone. Seems their services stops firmly after handing over the keys. Buyers be aware.
