Best builder so far.
Bought a house during the second phase at Cardinal Creek. I had the 1 year inspection and I showed the man the crack above my kitchen window. Ram from the window right up to the ceiling. The man blew a bunch of hot air at me talking about thermal expansion. Said it was normal and that they (Tamarack) will not entertain it anymore. Turned out I had 3 massive cracks on my foundation.
