I’m pretty bummed about this one and to give this response. I had talked to an employee who worked here and been recommended by my life coach after experiencing extreme loss for over a year and a half. She mentioned they specialize in grief counseling. I thought I did all the right things by calling and leaving messages and no response. To me this is heartbreaking. I am now over six months from my last loss and better, because I just am. Very supportive and caring they have empathy and compassion. I’ve participated in Tamarack for many years.
I'm 22 and with going to this center and their summer camps I learned valuable lessons/tools to be able to cope with a losses loved one. I've been a part of this camp and center since I was about 5 and words cant come close to what it has brought me and how thankful I am for this resource center.
Worked with Dan for many months - thankful for the great support.
It was so hard to gather the courage to reach out and try to get help with the loss of my father and my daughter this year! When Molly finally called me back though it was just to tell me that noone was available to talk to my other daughter and I. I was given no suggestion of other places or people to reach out to. Molly said that she would send me an email of their "other services"". She did not.
