Purchased a home from "Buck" the owner back in 2021, brand new build. In 2022 we had the 1 Year walkthrough, which he did show up to. At that time I reminded him of some screens that had never been installed and some damage to the side of the house that was know at the time of purchase. He has a good reputation so not an issue to wait at that time. There was some follow up work to be done which he took a list of. He asked to give him a couple of weeks.
