This business is good at taking your money, but not in delivering a service or product. We made a reservation on July 14, 2026, for a jet ski for our family reunion. We presented our confirmation of the reservation at the marina only to be told that they don't have record of the reservation and they don't have a jet ski to rent us. They would not give us a refund and we were told that we'd have to deal with an off-site reservation center to attempt to get a refund. Had a reservation for a jet ski from 2-6 today. We even called this morning about our reservation to ask last minute questions for today. All 13 of us showed up before two and they had no reservation in the system for us and no jet skis available for us. We have the receipt and email confirmation. We booked and paid for this a long time ago. Now they’re saying we have to call a certain number just to try and get our money back. Very nice marina. The staff is friendly, and they have food and drinks available for purchase. They have brought in white sand for the beach area, and it's very nice. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the State Parks Department makes you PAY to enter this area. That is a rip-off!! To park for a couple of hours???
We stayed in the poison creek camp ground. We wanted to rent one of the pontoon they had out front. They wanted roughly $1500 from morning to 5pm. And fuel is not included. So we just drove up to mccall for the day. And rented one for less than half that price. Beach is nice tho. Kids had fun in the sand.
My family and I have a place close by to the new Marina and we were so excited for it this summer! The first visit during Memorial Day they had a bunch of beach chairs and umbrellas. It was nice that they had this amenity when I asked if they were free they reiterated yes they were. The next month we go and unfortunately, they’ve started to charge 25 bucks a pop.
