Best part of this place was Jared (leasing agent). His boss Patrick is horrid and rigid when asking for accommodations. I’m moving out and called to let me know a moving truck was blocking the driveway of someone. So where are we to put the truck at? The roof? It was moved. What happens when someone moves in with large moving truck and blocks the entrances? Anyway, I tried asking to get the deposit split into two (checked with multiple sources in the state of FL and some attorneys). Still wouldn’t do it, very lazy. I never s... read more
My Fiancée and I are extremely happy to call Tamarac Village our new home, from the time we walked through the front door to do a tour to the day we received our keys, Brianna was prompt and ready to help us, she answered all of our questions even went above and beyond when we were late for one of our appointments, her customer service skills are exceptional. I just moved into my new apartment and I absolutely love it! The space is clean, modern, and feels like home already. The management team was super helpful throughout the entire process and made my move-in smooth and stress-free. Everything from the amenities to the quiet, welcoming environment has exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to the leasing manager, Brianna—she is amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made me feel so welcomed. I’m so happy I chose this place!
