Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

My father chose to go to Tamarac because it was close to his home and we were very pleased with the care he received. He made remarkable progress with the physical and occupational therapy provided. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They were attentive to my dad and went out of their way to meet my families demanding needs. Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy Did this nursing home answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Did this provider answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money. Would you recommend this nursing home to others? Absolutely Not Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
