Shame on the people running this place! Some of these people have been there longer then the owners that are currently bullying and harassing their tenants for no reason at all. Great mobile home park. Too bad it's for 55 and up because there is no where in Fruitvale that allows mobile homes for families or people under the age of 55! Shame, shame.
