Where do I begin?! Tamara is an earth angel. She guided me through preparing for my second baby, first IVF transfer. I was unsure of what to expect and she alleviated any fears in my mind. Her sessions as we called “mom naps” were so soothing and she was the best support system on the day of the transfer. Couldn’t recommend Tamara more!

I've been going to Dr. ZumMallen for various violinist and runner injuries for the past two years. She is a lifesaver. My shoulder, knee and stress levels thank her. I was never a true believer in acupuncture until I went to her office, or sanctuary as it should be called. Spotless and calming all around. She has the best bedside manner and listens to your needs and goals. An absolute gem of a find for my wellness!
