I feel like my review should count as 4 reviews because I've referred so many people to Dr. Zach. She is outstanding. My daughter visited Dr. Zach for a second opinion on a diagnosis and Dr. Zach was thorough in the approach, finding labs and radiology that had never been discussed with us before. It changed the way we viewed the diagnosis and validated some areas that didn't totally make sense to us. I've referred several other people who have all had great experiences. Dr. Zach is fantastic. Our son has a very complicated issues with many specialists and she has been the best to truly listen, really put thought into his case, and speed up long awaited tests to help him! If you are a weary parent having gone through so much, she needs to be added to your team, trust me!
I appreciate Dr. Zach being able to do virtual appointments. This really helps with traveling for check ups. The virtual appointment was just a sufficient and all my questions answered.
My nieces and nephews see Dr. Zach. I have never seen a doctor care so deeply for her patients as this doctor does. My nephew recently had a severe episode with his seizures where his parents were unable to stop them with normal rescue meds. Dr. Zach immediately took action and changed things up to try and stop the seizures. Her care didn't end there she followed up through out the week to see how he was doing and ordered more test to see if things were truly under control. Do not take your kids here they don't care. I have been trying to get my daughter help. They were supposed to send a referral for orthopedic s and failed to do it. I kee0 call8ng the orthopedic s office and they don't have her in the system with no referral. The office lady is extremely rude. The doctor tried to say my daughter was faking her pain, but yet falls daily has swollen legs and is in pain on a daily basis
