Do not take your kids here they don't care. I have been trying to get my daughter help. They were supposed to send a referral for orthopedic s and failed to do it. I kee0 call8ng the orthopedic s office and they don't have her in the system with no referral. The office lady is extremely rude. The doctor tried to say my daughter was faking her pain, but yet falls daily has swollen legs and is in pain on a daily basis
Dr. Zach always takes the time to listen to concerns, if need be she thinks outside of the box in order to treat her patient. Was able to get to the bottom of our daughter's migraines, gave us suggestions on how to help our children with autism sleep better and function in society. She is a very rare doctor in this day and age as she truly cares about her patients and their parents. Her assistants are wonderful and always ready with a smile and gentleness in taking vitals. If I could leave zero stars I would. Both the receptionist an her supervisor are very rude. Unprofessional and to be completely honest they are incompassionate my daughter woke up with pink eye today and as soon as I was aware I called to reschedule. They said it would be a $50 cancelation fee unless I bring her in today. As a parent I can't in good concious bring my sick child around other kids an risk them getting sick. They put money before the kids safety which I can not support!
Dr. Zach was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our concerns. She explained the possible causes of my son's neurological issues and recommended further tests to accurately diagnose the problem. She assured us that she would work closely with us to develop a treatment plan that best suits my son's needs. We left the appointment feeling relieved and hopeful for my son's future. Dr. Zach’s expertise and compassion gave us the confidence that we had finally found the right doctor for my son.
Dr Zach was recommended to us by another physician for my sons’s sudden neurological issues. I called on a Tuesday and she saw us on that Thursday, had testing done Friday, and called with a diagnosis and medication on Saturday. I am grateful for her quick work on our case. I love that her office is small and I don’t feel like my son will become another number in a sea of patients.
