Poor form, nurse in charge not a care in the world. Told they'd be back in half hour to do checks and don't return, ring call bell and no one comes.. have an accident in the bed and have family clean up because they can't be bothered to come, gossiping at the desk was more appropriate. Request for something that should have not been an issue to be told NO. cleaners and kitchen ladies be better at the job at hand then nurses with attitude!
