I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Richards. She made me feel at ease and answered all my silly and weird questions! I have recommended her to friends and neighbors already!
The front desk staff here is absolutely horrible. I made an appt for a very serious issue, I arrived a few minutes before my appt. and they had someone they were helping so when it was my turn I gave her my ID and she was immediately rude. I said I didn’t have time to do the new patient paperwork. I can do it now. She walked in the back huffing and puffing, came back 6 minutes later and said I only have a ten minute grace period and now there are only 4 minutes left so we have to re-schedule.
